Advanced multi-laminate headstock repair

This is a picture of a new neck, the repair for broken angled headstocks is similar. The process involves re-gluing the original break, sanding into the original neck material, replacing it with a stack of layers of hand bent acoustic side material and reshaping, refinishing.
